This hotel doesn't look like a hotel : it is like more like a house. They provide you cuttelry and dishes so you can eat in the hotel, and coffee and tea, micro-wave and fridge, but to tell the truth, the area is full of nice cafés and restaurants so you don,t really use that, but still you know it's there. Very uncommon in Mexico city : you can walk around the hotel very safely until late at night. Internet works perfectly and it is free of charge. The room is clean and the deco is nice. It seems to be the best value for money in the area. Most important : the owner Alicia makes you feel at home and is willing to help you with anything you need. All the people working there are very kind and helping. Thank you Juan ! We would never go any place else in Mexico city.

Overall the place is immaculately clean and quaint, it met requirements. The units are modern, modest for hot water. Special thanks to extraordinarily friendly staff for making my stay a really really nice experience. The location is very central.

The street is relatively quiet. But the proximity of many bars and restaurants means that people are passing by at night. At times it can be a bit noisy.

Great value for the money, comfortable rooms with soft sheets and a rooftop terrace for unwinding. The location in Condesa was fantastic, with museums and restaurants within walking distance, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The staff were friendly and offered helpful suggestions.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
